These terms govern the use of the europesquare.ba website. By accessing and using the site, you accept the terms set out below.
1. Site owner
The europesquare.ba website is operated by Europa d.o.o. Sarajevo, registered in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina. Contact: info@europesquare.ba, phone +387 33 288 100.
2. Acceptance
By using the site you confirm that you have read and understood these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site. The processing of your personal data is governed separately by the Privacy Policy and is based on the consent you give by ticking the box in the form.
3. Content is informational
All content on this site — visualisations, renders, descriptions of spaces, planned dates, the countdown, capacities and amenities — is published for information only and is subject to change.
The published content does not constitute an offer under applicable contract law, nor a binding promise as to timelines, prices, floor areas, layouts or the final appearance of the building. Visualisations are conceptual and may differ from the completed development. The countdown on the home page refers to the Phase I — Europe Center completion reference date and is not a guaranteed completion date for the entire Europe Square project.
Phase II of the project, the Europe Tower residential building, does not have a building permit at the time of publication and no construction start date has been set. All information relating to that phase is preliminary.
Only the details set out in a written contract signed between you and Europa d.o.o. Sarajevo are binding.
4. Intellectual property
All texts, photographs, visualisations, video material, names and trademarks published on the site are owned by Europa d.o.o. Sarajevo or used with the rights holder's permission. Reproduction, distribution, publication or commercial use of this content without prior written permission is not permitted.
5. Use of the inquiry or application form
The form is intended solely for project inquiries and applications for consideration as a commercial-space tenant. By submitting it you confirm that the details you provide are accurate, that you are entitled to use the email address and phone number given, and that you are authorised to submit the business details of the company or brand you name. Submitting a leasing application does not guarantee allocation of space or create an obligation to enter into a lease. Sending unsolicited, offensive, misleading or automated messages is prohibited. We reserve the right to block access to the form in cases of misuse.
6. External links
The site embeds video hosted on YouTube and links to social media profiles. The content, availability and terms of those services are the responsibility of their owners, not ours.
7. Limitation of liability
We work to keep the information on the site accurate and current, but we are not liable for errors, inaccuracies, omissions or temporary unavailability of the site. We are not liable for loss arising from reliance on site content without checking with us first. This limitation does not exclude liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
8. Changes to these terms
We reserve the right to amend these terms. An amended version takes effect when published on this page, with the last-updated date shown.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Bosnia and Herzegovina. The competent court in Sarajevo has jurisdiction over any disputes. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, this provision does not affect rights you have under the mandatory laws of your country of residence.
